We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and European Union member countries.

Shipping rates & estimated delivery

All rates below are in U.S. dollars (USD). Delivery estimates are business days after dispatch.

Order preparation

Please allow around 4–5 days for preparation before dispatch. Preparation time is separate from the transit estimates above.

Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Carrier or customs delays may affect international delivery.

Delivery issues

If your parcel is missing, tracking is unclear, or your piece arrives damaged or incorrect, contact info@glistelle.com with your order number and relevant photos or details. If we made a mistake, we take responsibility for correcting it and reshipping the correct piece at no additional cost. We will prioritize resolving the issue as quickly as possible.

Eligible damaged, incorrect or faulty items qualify for free returns when reported within 30 days of delivery. Serious issues may qualify for a refund after review. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide the correct return instructions.
