This was a chain purchase, not an excuse to buy another pendant. The longer links have enough shape for me to wear the necklace as it is. I kept the silver finish because that's what most of my jewelry is. I've used it with small earrings and left it there. It feels more useful than some of the decorative pieces I've bought and then struggled to work into what I wear.
